What LCU is
Read this before applyingWe run Emergency Response: Liberty County as a structured roleplay server rather than a free-for-all. Sessions are announced ahead of time, units check on and off duty, and there is a rank structure above you that you can actually reach.
Most people who join have never done roleplay before. That is fine — every department trains its own, and you will be walked through callsigns and radio procedure before you are let out on patrol. What we ask for is that you turn up, read the rules once, and take direction on the radio.
Civilian Operations is a real department here, not the role people get put in when nothing else is left. Most of what happens in a session starts with a civilian doing something.
At a glance
- Discord account required
- Microphone optional for patrol, expected for dispatch and command
- Applications usually answered within a couple of days
- Transfers between departments allowed once you're settled

The bot
One bot · no third-party stack| System | What it does | Commands |
|---|---|---|
| Sessions | Start-up, shutdown, restart and full-server announcements, with the pings and join link attached. Vote-to-start when we're short on numbers. | /session startup/session shutdown/session restart |
| Tickets | Support and appeal tickets opened from a panel, claimed by staff, transcripted on close. Members can be added to a ticket individually. | /ticketpanel/close/ticketadd |
| Infractions | Warns, strikes, terminations, promotions and demotions, all logged against the member so history is searchable instead of remembered. | /warn/strike/warns/terminations |
| Shifts | On-duty time tracked per member, with quotas, a leaderboard, and a live list of who is currently on. | /shift start/shift end/shift leaderboard |
| Leave of absence | Staff file an LOA with a start and end date. It is tracked, announced and archived without anyone chasing it. | /loa |
| CAD | Citizens, vehicles, warrants, charges, BOLOs, on-duty units and 911 calls. Usable from Discord or from the terminal on this site. | /citizen/vehicle/warrant/bolo/duty |
| Logging | Joins, leaves, edited and deleted messages, and every moderation action, written to the log channels as they happen. | Runs on its own |

Getting in
Same-day, if you catch a session-
01
Join the Discord
Sessions, applications and announcements all happen there. There is no separate forum or website account to make.
-
02
Read the rules once
They're short. They exist so a session doesn't collapse into people ramming each other on the interstate.
-
03
Apply to a department
Pick whichever one you actually want. Most take applicants with no experience, and you'll get an answer either way.
-
04
Get trained, then go on patrol
Callsigns, radio procedure and your department's own expectations, then you're out in the next session.
