Joining the team

We promote from inside

There is no staff application form and we don't intend to add one. Staff positions go to people who are already turning up, already running clean sessions, and already handling themselves when something goes wrong in one.

If that's you, you'll get asked. Nagging for it in tickets moves you the wrong way.
